Once you’ve finished grilling, surprise your friends with a crisp and fruity dessert made with Gallo Spritz Raspberry & Lime and fresh summer fruits.
Ingredients:
- Serves 6
- 1 bottle of Gallo Family Vineyards Spritz Raspberry & Lime
- 2 - 3 fresh limes
- 2 punnets of fresh raspberries (or frozen)
- 1 ice lolly mould
- Ice lolly sticks
Method:
- Cut the limes and raspberries in small pieces
- Drop the pieces of lime and raspberries in your moulds, ensuring there is still room for liquid
- Pour Gallo Spritz Raspberry & Lime in your moulds, (make sure you don’t fill them completely)
- Top up with some freshly squeezed lime juice
- Secure lid to the lolly containers and carefully place in freezer
- Put in the freezer for an hour until the mixture is solid enough to support a lolly stick
- Push the lolly stick 3/4 of the way into each lolly mould and leave overnight to freeze
- Take your lollies out and wiggle them free from their mould
- Enjoy a delicious refreshing Gallo Spritz ice lolly!
This recipe also works perfectly with Gallo Spritz Peach & Nectarine, Spritz Pineapple & Passionfruit or Spritz Wild Strawberry!
