Ingredients:
- Serves 1
- 100ml Gallo Family Vineyards Spritz Pineapple & Passionfruit
- 25ml white rum
- 2 passionfruits
- Fresh pineapple
- Fresh passionfruit
Method:
- Fill a high ball or cocktail glass with ice
- Add 1 shot of white rum
- Cut 2 passionfruits in half and add their juice to the glass
- Top up with Gallo Spritz Pineapple & Passionfruit Spritz
- Stir well
- Garnish with luscious pineapple and juicy passionfruit slices
