For summer fun with friends simply shake Gallo White Zinfandel with cognac and watermelon, fresh lemon juice and serve over shimmering cubes of ice.

Ingredients:

55ml Gallo White Zinfandel, 20ml cognac, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 25ml watermelon syrup

Method:

Shake and pour over ice

Glass:

Highball, cubed ice

Garnish:

Watermelon slice
