Spritz

The sun seems to shine a little brighter when you mix Gallo White Grenache with redcurrant cordial and 'spritz' with soda water. Serve in a chilled wine glass with a twist of lemon.

Ingredients:

75ml Gallo White Grenache, 15ml redcurrant cordial, 50-60ml soda water

Method:

Stir first two ingredients with ice, strain, add soda, stir
