La Bella

A very beautiful blend of Gallo White Zinfandel shaken with gin, Campari, fresh lemon juice and fresh raspberries with a hint of sugar, served over crushed ice.

Ingredients:

35ml Gallo White Zinfandel, 20ml gin, 10ml Campari, 15ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, 5 raspberries

Method:

Shake, fine strain and pour over ice

Glass:

Large rocks, crushed ice

Garnish:

Lemon slice, two raspberries
